After downloading the app, impossible to launch it : the app freeze with a blue line at the bottom of the screen. Ive tried to download it twice : same result :-( it is a pity. Fyi i have an iPhone 5 under iOs 5.0

Impossible to use

...need the improvement in the usability. From time to time the app stuck and you can not do anything apart of closing it. Also the UI could be upgraded to meet the modern travel apps standards.

Fast load and easy to call for an emergency. Helpful

App no longer opens on iPad--so much for SOS when you may need it

This is a nice-to-have and Im glad my firm supports it. But having it on all time time drains the battery. The option is there to use GPS only while using the app but what would be the point?

The app wont even launch when just downloaded to my iPad with the most current iOS. It starts to launch then immediately closes.

I dont have to remember my membership card anymore when I am traveling.

Still need some more update but very usefull and simple. Thanks~!!

Tried to call. It crashed. Tried for more info. It crashed. Maybe a server problem.

Absolutely essential tool for travelers!

Membership is provided by my employer and this is an excellent tool and service. Info could be gathered from local press, etc in some cases but having the one stop support this provides is essential.

The app is normally very stable and was even stable in the first 2 IOS Beta releases. Now, the app crashes within 30-40 seconds after logging in.

Says license key has expired. Looking forward to using...

Open it; nothing happens, including opening it! 30th Aug 2013

Neither iPhone app or website are working correctly. I cannot even get my membership number recognized.
